Mobberley Methodist Church meets for worship each Sunday at 10:45am. The church, located in Faulkner's Lane, is one of the villages community centres. There is a small Sunday School for children, and during the week there is a club for young people, and it also hosts regular village society meetings.

The church enjoys good relations with St Wilfred's, the Anglican Parish Church.
